Facts about Tingdene's Factory

Tingdene operates two production facilities at its premises and employs some 300 people.
The company was founded in 1969 and celebrated it’s 37th Anniversary in 2006
Tingdene operates an apprenticeship programme for local young people.

Production starts with the floor sections.

Seen here are the wall sections being lifted into place.

Roofs are built separate to the main home and then lifted into place.

Insulation is placed between the wall bearers.

First fix for electrics.

Exterior finish is rolled on and then textured by hand.
