Tingdene would like to personally invite you to join us for our Spring Open Weekend in April where you will have the opportunity to view Tingdene’s innovative range of Park Homes and Leisure Homes.

Throughout the design stage, from construction to interior furnishings, Tingdene’s design team put themselves in your shoes and ask themselves what you are looking for in your future home and have developed a range of homes that suit a broad spectrum of requirements, including budgets. Each and every home is built to customers own personal specifications and comes complete with furnishing and furniture, a complete home, ready for you to move into with ease and comfort.

£1,000 Voucher

To help you on your way with your new home, Tingdene will give every visitor to the Spring Open Weekend a £1,000 voucher which can be redeemed against the purchase of your new home. Use this voucher to have optional extras in your home that you would not have afforded otherwise or simply redeem it against your home. Simply collect your voucher whilst visiting, then choose your home. Terms and conditions apply, please see below.

Terms and Condition

Full terms and conditions apply and will be outlined on your voucher. For the voucher to be applicable you must place your order for your new Tingdene Home before 31st May 2006, take delivery and complete the sale before 31st August 2006. One voucher per household. Voucher is valid to the recipient only and is not transferable. Cash alternative is not available.

Win £100 Garden Centre Vouchers

Visiting Tingdene during their special Open Weekend will automatically entry you into a free prize draw to win £100 of Garden Centre Vouchers. One lucky winner will be drawn on Sunday at 1pm . Should the winner not be present at the time they will be notified by post.

 What’s on Display?

 On display during your visit will be 5 of our most popular Park Homes and 3 Leisure Homes, one being the Brand new – Beachcomber.

Beachcomber - Brand New .
This new home was launched in February 2006 and has a special feature roof terrace from which to dine on a summer’s evening with friends, or simply relax with a glass of wine, a truly innovative addition to a holiday home. This home contains all the benefits required to relax and enjoy your holiday break, a luxury home from home.

Two Storey Home
Currently on display for your interest is Tingdene’s new two storey home, The Athena, which is an excellent example of Tingdene’s innovate design capabilities.

Factory Tours

Having looked around the show homes on display you will be curious as to how they are constructed and we are therefore pleased to be able to offer you a tour of the Factory during your visit. The Factory is located a short distance up the road within our main complex and we will therefore take you on a mini-bus for your added comfort. This tours takes about 20/25 and is extremely popular, please be sure to book your tour when you arrive to avoid disappointment.

Entertainment

To add to your enjoyment throughout your visit, there will be entertainment in the form of a band. This has been enjoyed by visitors so much during previous shows that it has become a standard part of our Open Weekends, we hope that you also enjoy this aspect of your visit.

Exhibitors

Tingdene work with many Park Owners throughout the country during the year in a bid to help you find your ideal park and location. To help you further we have invited many of those Park Owners to join us during this special event to enable you to find out more about the parks on offer.

It is also your opportunity to find out more about the lifestyle and what it can offer you in terms of comfort, security, a tranquil environment, a location near the sea, or inland, or alternatively abroad. You may be looking for a Park Home or a Holiday Home, which ever the case Tingdene can help you in your search, visiting during our Open Weekend provides you with the opportunity to find out as much as possible.

Tingdene’s Staff

Tingdene’s staff are also on hand to help you during your visit, to answer your questions, and to help you in your search for further information. Please do not hesitate to ask them any questions that you may have, they will be only too pleased to help you.

Refreshments

Free tea and coffee is available throughout the day to refresh you as you require.

Free Parking

Free Parking is available in our large car park a few yards along the road.

Should you require disabled parking please tell the parking attendant and he will direct you into the parking area close to the Exhibition Centre.
