Tingdene Investments Ltd are part of the Tingdene group of companies with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the park home industry.

We specialise in the lease management, acquisition, and joint venture of park home and holiday home developments.

All parks owned or managed by Tingdene Investments are carefully developed to a high standard, often with the introduction of brand new services such as gas and electricity.

Each plot is surrounded by it's own fenced garden which can include a shed and individual car parking space. Garages are optional.

The roads are tarmaced and good street lighting offers security throughout the night. All the homes are fully furnished and some of the standard features include tiled roofs, UPVC windows and doors, full central heating and luxury fitted kitchens including oven and hob.

All Tingdene homes are built to BS3632, the British standard that applies to park homes and can be registered under the 10 year Gold Shield warranty scheme.
