Tingdene Celebrates 40 years in business this year.
Tingdene was founded in 1969 by retired chairman Jim Gibbard who developed Tingdene from its early days of manufacturing to the production of park and leisure homes becoming one of the leading manufactuers in the UK.
In 2000 Tingdene was subject to a company management buy-out and the last 8 years have seen further growth and diversification within the business. With the company's range of park homes, leisure lodges and their move into the modular housing and hotel sector, Tingdene is well placed to cater for the future demands of accommodation in the UK and abroad.
To celebrate their 40th year, a special Tingdene Crest Kite has been commissioned and will feature on all new Tingdene homes from 1st March 2009. The kites will be featured on gable ends and will be unique to homes built in 2009.
