Guide to buying a new Log Cabin

Tingdene Homes offer a new breed of Log Cabins for use as holiday homes throughout the year. For sited prices we would ask you to contact the developer of your choice. Most parks will quote an "all in" figure for the home and the plot. In addition, there will be an annual pitch fee which will vary according to the facilities available. All parks have site licences which specify the time that the holiday park is open. Most have seasons from 1st March to 31st October each year with some parks having up to 10 or even 12 month licences. It is therefore important to find out the period of agreement your holiday home is allowed to be used on site.
