Tingdene offer a full design and build package- 'Tailor Made' to your specification whether it is an extension to existing premises or a complete new building. With a choice of external finishes including log clad and resin render, there is no problem in ensuring that the new construction blends in with the surrounding buildings.
While the units are being built in the factory, groundworks are under way including preperation of foundations, installation of services and laying of paths or ramps. This is one of the main advantages of modular structures. A project can be completed very quickly after approval of a specification. This rapid turnaround is virtually unheard of in traditional building.
