Virtual Tours use Java Technology to display a 3D scrollable image. Usually this technology (called a JVM) is included either with your computer's operating system (e.g. Windows 98, NT, ME, etc.) or with your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc.). However a number of copies of Microsoft Windows XP do not include this software, so an additional download is required.

If you are experiencing problems viewing the Virtual Tours and are running at least Windows 98, you can download the latest version of the Sun Microsystems JVM and then view the Virtual Tour again.

If you are running Windows 95 you will need this version of the Sun Microsystems JVM but you may still experience problems due to the limitations of Windows 95. Windows 95 is an older operating system, and few updates are still being created for it. It's common for new software updates to support only the majority of available operating systems. Plus, Windows 95 is no longer in the majority; it was first released in 1995, 8 years ago this August. You may want to consider upgrading your operating system in the near future.

Navigation Support

There are a number of ways to navigate around the virtual tour. By default when the image is fully loaded it will begin to spin automatically. You can also click on the picture and drag the mouse in the direction you wish to scroll. Alternatively there are buttons located at the bottom of the tour as shown below.

Please note that manually navigating around the tour will stop the image spinning. To start the image spinning simply right-click the image, and select 'spin'.
