Located alongside our production facility in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, our refurbished and fully-accessible visitor showroom remains the UK's only permanent indoor exhibition space for park homes and holiday lodges.
We've unveiled a new collection of homes and lodges in celebration of our 50th anniversary. The renewed range offers timeless designs and interior styles that are tailored to both contemporary and classical tastes. And with seven distinctive designs on-display at any time guests are invited to take their time when deciding on their dream home or holiday lodge.

Cosgrove
The Cosgrove park home is the perfect property for those looking to downsize from their existing home without having to compromise on their home comforts. The floor plan has been cleverly designed to maximise the interior living space benefiting from a master double with built-in wardrobes and a single bedroom; perfect for when you have a guest to stay. This scaled-down model features a separate stylish lounge with patio doors and large windows flooding the space with natural light. This model is also available in a leisure version.

The Barnwell
Embracing the very best features of traditional park home design, our Barnwell model combines traditional charm with generous room proportions and ample storage. The larger of its two double-bedrooms comes with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, whilst large bay windows flood the living areas with natural light.

The Harrington
The Harrington is a modern, Nordic-style home available in both leisure and residential models, built to BS3632 standards. The open plan layout combines clean and light spaces with large windows to the lounge and dining area. Elegant Scandinavian design offers an inherent cosiness with a calming grey, taupe and linen colour scheme. The Harrington is available in two- and three-bedroom options with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom

The Savannah Centre Lounge
Launched in 2019, our Savannah lodge draws inspiration from – and then totally redefines – the sizing and proportions of traditional static caravans. Offering the stylish design and superior build quality you’d expect from Tingdene, The Savannah’s spacious interior belies its modest footprint. Available in a choice of layouts and both coastal and woodland themes, our most popular model comes with a double- and twin-bedroom, along with separate shower room and stylish open-plan living space.

The Addington
A true classic of the Tingdene collection, our Addington park home is a firm favourite for retirees who require a little extra space for entertaining family and friends. With two double-bedrooms and airy open-plan kitchen and living space, this model benefits from a timeless and contemporary bungalow-style design.

The Loft
Amongst the latest of Tingdene’s countless innovations is our ground-breaking Loft – a unique two-storey model that revolutionises modular design and build, whilst redefining holiday lodge living. This steel-framed structure combines full UK Building Regs approval with architectural elegance and stunning interior design throughout its open plan living space and two large double-bedrooms.
