Whitearch Park - Suffolk

A family-owned and run residential park for the over 50's, perfectly situated in the village of Benhall. Enjoy scenic views over the open countryside and an array of wildlife at the onsite fishing lake. 

If you're stuck for things to do in the area, why not see The Scallop at Aldeburgh Beach, have a glance at Thorpeness Windmill Museum, take a walk through William's Peep or visit the ruins of Leiston Abbey. These are just a few of the things you can do, all within a 20-minute drive of the park.

Croft Farm Park - Cornwall

An enviable location with easy access to museums, galleries, ancient houses and castles – not to mention York Minster itself, along with the National Railway Museum and Jorvik Viking Centre.

Westfield Park


Manor Farm Court - Dorset

Last but by no means least is the picturesque, Manor Farm Court in Wareham. A new development by Royale Life, the park is nestled comfortably near the River Frome and Nature Reserve.

A great base for exploring all the treasures of the Jurassic coast including Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, Sandbanks, Monkey World & Old Harry Rocks... all within a 30-minute drive of the park. Or if you fancy a spot of shopping, how about a drive over to Bournemouth, which is less than 40 minutes away.

The park is ideally suited for those over 45 and looking for a change of pace from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
