Welcome to an in-depth, room-by-room review of our gorgeous Kensington park home! Blending Georgian grandeur with more modern architectural cladding, our Kensington home slots seamlessly and stylishly into almost any setting. Let’s take a closer look into this home’s beautiful features…

General & Exterior

Kensington Twin (18)-2

As usual with all our homes in the Tingdene park home and lodge collection, the Kensington is built to the BS 3632 standards, so you know you’re getting the best of the best. The exterior has Mapei render which comes with a 10-year warranty, giving the home protection, as well as a clean finish on the exterior. Enjoy the two ½ pillars framing the entrance door as you walk up to your home. When you enter you are greeted with a half-glazed door between the hall and dining area, a built-in bench with a padded seat and cushion with shelving above.

Lounge

Relax in the lounge after a day of exploring your parks surroundings! Do you think you’d feel at ease with the feature stove-style electric fire with whiter surround? The two-seat sofa and two swivel armchairs are sure to be the perfect spots to kick back. Enjoy the bright space as the light comes through the gorgeous two set of French Georgian Bar doors.

Feel the benefits of an open plan layout which compromises of the fully equipped and stylish kitchen, as well as the dining area – the extendable dining table with four chairs allows for the perfect space to be social with guests over dinner! Once again, the room feels more than light and airy as the skylight to kitchen beams through the room, which highlights the rustic pine effect click lock flooring.
