Regency Classic Park Home Review

The Regency Classic has been a Tingdene favourite for the best part of a decade. As one of the largest park homes in the collection, it has always been an impressive model with majestic styling and an elegant façade.

2021 has welcomed a refresh on this well-loved park home. The statement pillars, a recognisable characteristic of this model, have stayed, as has the overall feel of opulence and style, however, we’ve taken this and added a pinch of the modern to make this home feel refreshed and ready to take on another decade.

This park home is certainly one to catch your eye, as well as those of all of your neighbours! The sheer size of this model – available in 40’x20’, 44’x20’ & 50’x20’ layouts – is enough to leave a lasting impression. Four statement pillars with a feature apex roof frame the entrance of the park home. Light cream Mapei render to the exterior walls and contrasting Georgian style windows in anthracite create an effortless look of elegance.

As you enter the Regency, you’re welcomed by a beautiful kitchen/diner with rich indigo kitchen units and contrasting brass effect handles. Marble effect worktops finish off the contemporary look and tie in well with the dining area which offers a round table with four cream upholstered dining chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances for hosting the most stylish of dinner parties or whipping up a romantic meal for you and your significant other.

The double aspect lounge brings the wow factor with floor to ceiling Georgian style windows, beautifully patterned wallpaper and a Winchester-inspired three-piece suite. Whether you have your feet up catching up on your favourite soaps, snuggling down for a movie marathon or hosting a fabulous soiree with your nearest and dearest, the Regency lounge is sure to be the best venue for all occasions.

The bathroom offers a three-piece suite in white with chrome mixer taps and tiling to walls and floor. Taking a bubble bath in this serene space is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day. The washbasin comes with a vanity unit to store all of your lotions and potions, and a heated towel rail keeps your towels toasty, ready for when you want to wrap yourself up.

The main bedroom is just as glamorous and stylish as the rest of the home. A feature mirrored wall sits behind the king-size bed making the room light, bright and inviting. Warm creams and earthy tones set the mood for this relaxing bedroom and the overall feel is one of a very luxurious 5* star hotel suite. The bedroom leads through to a walk-in wardrobe well-equipped with handing space, drawers and shelving for all of your best outfits and accessories. The bedroom also offers a dressing table with a comfortable high back chair and mirror to get ready for those evenings out on the town.

Comprising of a three-piece suite with a rain head shower, the en-suite provides you with a refreshing space to get ready in each morning.

Bedroom two offers your guests a room that is as beautiful as it is comfortable. With a double divan bed, built-in wardrobes and bedside drawer units, there’s plenty of space to feel at home whether they’re staying for a night or a week. In the 50’x20’ model, your guests will even be treated to a walk-in wardrobe; or you can just keep that one to yourself to store the golf clubs or the expanding shoe collection!
