Tingdene Happy Customers Alan and Karen (1)

Alan & Karen from Staffordshire

Alan and Karen moved onto Sunnybank Park in December 2012 and haven’t looked back. Speaking to them a year later their experience of buying a Tingdene Regency Classic had been good and they were still enthralled by their new home and lifestyle.

Alan commented “It has been a good experience, I would definitely recommend Tingdene. The sales person who looked after me was fantastic throughout.  She sent me photos of my home in production and kept me updated”
Alan and Karen moved to the area, from London, in 2002, living in a 5 bedroom detached house of which they proudly showed some photos.  They had enjoyed living in the area, however after they purchased a static caravan at Overstone Park, Northamptonshire, 3 years ago, they found that they weren’t spending as much time in their house as before.  It was this that inspired them to look into buying something smaller.  As they loved spending time in their Static Caravan, the idea of a Park Home was something that appealed to them, especially after visiting Sunnybank Park.  The park has 52 homes and had a plot that was ideal for them.
Following the sale of their house they started their search for a park home by visiting Tingdene’s Visitor Centre.  After viewing the show home on display and in particular the Regency Classic, their minds were made up.  The Regency Classic was the home for them and they proceeded to modify the design and interior furnishings to suit their needs.
Having lived in their home for a year Alan and Karen have made it their home.  They still enjoy visiting Overstone Park as often as they can, but it was clear that they loved their new home.
Alan and Karen have 5 children and 3 grandchildren between them. Alicia, their 7 year old granddaughter was visiting when the photograph was taken.
Alan commented on the fantastic community environment that the park offered.  It is something that struck them from the day that they moved in, when neighbours welcomed them with kind offers of help.
