Stuart & Jean from Yorkshire
Stuart and Jean had owned a static caravan on Lindale Holiday Park for around 7 years and loved having a bolt hole that they could escape to whenever they liked, the perfect place to relax and unwind from their busy lives.
The time came when they decided they wanted a newer home however they couldn’t quite gel with the options for a static caravan, so they started looking into the idea of owning a holiday lodge.
After looking into what was available on the market, Stuart and Jean spoke to Tingdene about the home that had taken their eye, The Woodland Lodge.
At first they didn’t realise that they could personalise the lodge by selecting their own choice of furnishings from the range available, or if there was something within the furnishings that they didn’t want then they didn’t have to have it. Also, that they could choose a different window configuration if they wished. This was a great benefit to them over a static caravan as the one thing they dearly wanted was large window space at the lounge end of the home from which to enjoy the beautiful views that would be available to them from the plot they had selected.
Stuart and Jean worked closely with Tingdene’s local representative, and went to visit a site in Scarbourgh to view a Tingdene lodge, however also visited the Visitor Centre to choose their furnishings and by July 2013 their lodge was ready for them to use.
They now spend as many weekends as possible in their new lodge, and are loving every minute. They proudly provided a guided tour of their home and talked about their excitement and enjoyment that the lodge has provided, and the new lifestyle that goes with it.
