A new and exclusive development of two and three-bedroom lodges set in the picturesque countryside around Penrith. With spacious interiors and exteriors, the 7.5-acre private grounds are surrounded by stunning views across the Eden Valley.

The site is perfectly situated for exploring Penrith and the surrounding Eden Valley area. Hidden between two areas of outstanding natural beauty, the area of Eden Valley offers the perfect escape. The location offers a host of things to do, ensuring that you are never short of adventures.

The site is on the edge of the village Great Salkeld in the Eden Valley. It is close to the town of Penrith and situated alongside the River Eden. As a picturesque and historical location, there are plenty of things to do. Less than 400 people live here, and it can be traced back into at least the Middle Ages. In the village, you can explore a number of restaurants and bars along with the unique Norman Church. One of the places to stop is the Highland Drove Inn. A previous stop-off point for drovers, there is a lot to explore here including a nearby Dub with Great Crested Newts.

Found between the Lake District and the North Pennines, this area is well known for the stunning countryside and picture-perfect sandstone houses. The Howgills to the south are worth walking through and are recognised as one of Wainwright’s favourite places. The market town of Penrith is also nearby and gives you access to a number of facilities. As well as having a variety of specialist shops, there are also recognised supermarkets for all the things you need.
