Yaxham Waters Holiday Park

Yaxham Waters is not a typical coastal park, the park is inland set in the tranquillity of rural Norfolk surrounded by fields and country walks. Very different to the overcrowded beaches and arcades of the more kiss me quick tourist destinations! Much of the area is steeped in history and fantastic local walks. Easy to find as the park is 5 mins from Dereham and the A47 at the Tesco’s roundabout.

The park itself has 3 very well stocked fishing lakes with lodges all the way around and there's an extremely popular cafe/bistro in the park called Poppies, which is very much used by owners, holidaymakers and most importantly the local community. There is a small play area for the kids which is next to the café and Pandora the resident goat! Also, running adjacent to the park is the Mid Norfolk Steam Railway line where especially in the summer old locomotives trundle by.

Yaxham Waters is 5 minutes drive from Supermarkets in Dereham (Tesco's, Lidl, Aldi etc.). There are 3 local golf courses, clay pigeon shoots, and plenty of local pubs and restaurants. Horse racing as well at Fakenham and Yarmouth if you guys fancy a flutter! Yaxham is 40 mins from the coast and 30 mins from Norwich so we are situated in the very heart of Norfolk with everything you could possibly need around you, great for a day out and then come back to relax in your very own lodge.
