A firm favourite in large-scale exhibitions such as the Ideal Home Show, our modular buildings are ideal for the fast-pace and short-timeframes associated with the build-up and breakdown of exhibition displays. Our experience ranges from complete houses through to painstaking replicas of iconic TV scenes such as the Rover’s Return.

 Our stylish and sustainable SLO Homes project in Harlow features 78 low-cost modular homes, each build with modular construction methods to deliver a 200-year expected lifespan. The highly insulated houses include ground source heat pumps, which combine to deliver an ‘Excellent’ EcoHomes rating and a long list of housing awards.

 The 191-room Citizen M hotel at Bankside in London provided new creative and logistical challenges to Tingdene’s modular design and build team. The modular bedroom units contribute to the eclectic architectural style, whilst delivering compressed build time whilst still achieving the style and aesthetic finish of a ‘luxury yacht’ within each hotel suite.

Victoria Hall in Wembley illustrates the potential scale and extendability of modular build solutions. This 435-bedroom development includes three modular wings consisting of ten modules per floor, each offering a contemporary student living apartment. Our modular construction methods reduced project delivery by six months, whilst reducing construction waste by 90%.

The Birchway Eco-Homes project, completed in partnership with Paradigm Housing Association, included a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments across five low-level buildings, each constructed of 12 modules. A sweeping ‘living roof’ complete with photovoltaic cells combined with a biomass boiler to help the homes achieve zero carbon emissions.
