Park Focus – Leedons Park

By 13, July 2014News, Park Focus
Leedons Residential Park is set in the idyllic Cotswold countryside within walking distance of the postcard village of Broadway and all its amenities. This excellent development is currently developing further with even more scope available including a Tingdene Dolben Lodge show home for sale.
Leedons is one of the few residential parks to hold the prestigious Gold Award for conservation given by David Bellamy.  The surrounding countryside truly enhances the park with its diversity of animals and bird life, in fact your bird table will be in regular use all year round.
Leedons Park has resident Park Managers and Wardens.  Each home has its own garden area, shed/greenhouse and parking by the home for up to two cars.  Pets are welcome.
The park suits semi-retired/retired people, and children/grandchildren may visit but not live on a permanent basis.
Leedons Park Leisure Complex houses a large indoor swimming pool, social hall, games room and a 3-rink all weather outdoor bowling green exclusively for all their customers at no extra cost.
Key aspects of the park include:

Customer Experience
Two particular customers that moved onto Leedons Park shared their experience
Tony and Jenny have a wonderful home in Spain where they had been spending most of their time, until that is, they purchased a Tingdene Regency Classic on Leedons Park in Worcestershire.  Since moving into their new park home towards the end of 2012, they have been spending more and more time back in England as they can’t wait to spend time in their new home and lifestyle.  Read More Click Here
Mike and Carol looked into park homes when Mike wanted to take early retirement and they wanted to move into a bungalow. Mike and Carol were living in Surrey, complete with a large mortgage and felt that it was time for a change.  The location was equally as important to them as the home itself so they set about looking for a suitable park and found themselves visiting quite a few and within various locations until finally they came across Leedons Park in Worcestershire which for them ticked all the right boxes.  Read More Click Here
