With the first phase of Orchard Park, Ashmeads Crescent, being successfully completed, Orchard Park have now announced the second phase, King’s Acre.

Knowing how popular Ashmeads Crescent was, King’s Acre is likely to be in demand. 

Ashmeads Crescent is situated within a gated road, close to the entrance of Orchard Park, with King’s Acre being sited at the far boundaries, facing away towards Hatherley Brook.
