It’s time to sign on the dotted line. By completing the order with your chosen park you’ll join thousands of happy retirees. But our journey doesn’t stop here - with a passion for customer care, we’ll make sure every step of your order runs smoothly.

Building in Britain

Production begins - and your new home will be built with pride in our state-of-the-art production facility in Northamptonshire. You’ll be welcome to come along to watch the build, meet our team, and witness British craftsmanship at its best.

Making your move

We’ll work directly with your chosen park to arrange delivery whilst they ensure all the relevant groundworks and utilities are in place. You won’t need to lift a finger until your new home is installed and the park owner hands over your keys.
