I am just writing to thank you for a speedy and excellent service! We took possession of our Dolben Lodge at Hollins Park about 4 weeks ago. It was an ex show home. We had noticed that the central heating was coming on intermittently and realised that it was not responding properly to the room stat. I called Baxi but they were only able to offer general advice and I decided to call Tingdene. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Kayleigh. She explained that the 5 day snagging period existed but went on to say that this was an emergency repair. She told me that one of your team was on site this week and she would arrange a call for today. I have to say that I was somewhat sceptical that the visit would take place because, in this day and age, such service is very rare to say the least. But, how wrong was I to cast any doubt….. This morning Glen and Jamie turned up and the faulty room stat was replaced without any drama at all. The guys were most courteous and extremely pleasant and professional. They even took off their shoes before coming in. So can I say a big thank you to Kayleigh and Craig in customer service and an especially big thank you to the guys at the ‘sharp end’
