Tingdene opened their doors to showcase their brand new Visitor Centre to both trade and public in separate events, with huge success on both occasions.
After months of intense work following a detailed design plan and much excitement as the brand new show homes were positioned, the team were thrilled to show off the new centre and product range.
Thomas Marshall, honoured Tingdene, by officially cutting the ribbon to open the new Visitor Centre. Simon Baker, Head of Sales for Tingdene, helped mark the occasion with Thomas while guests looked on.
Thomas Marshall is well known and very active within the industry, holding the role of Branch Director of the North West Branch and National Vice Chairman of the BH&HPA.
The star of the show was their brand new model, The Harrington, with its contemporary open plan living area and two spacious bedrooms. The colourways, textures and finishes selected for this new model made it an “instant hit”.
The Addington, while keeping the much loved lounge, diner and kitchen, as it is, the master bedroom has received a superb new layout. As soon as you get the opportunity, visit to see for yourself.
Also on display is the extremely popular Barnwell, with its bungalow style layout that is perfect for residential living.
The holiday lodge range offered includes the stunning Savannah, centre lounge layout, displayed with a woodland theme interior design. The lodge boasts a bedroom at each end, both with en-suite, and all set in a 42’ x 14’ layout. The woodland theme is a new element for the leisure range and can be applied to other models in the range.
The Havana which has been extremely popular in the holiday market since its launch last September is also on display in the outside area, along with two Savannah lodges shown with slightly different layout options.
The Loft, two storey building, received a lot of interest from the trade, especially those with new development projects. The Loft is a stunning building built to building regulations and an ideal opportunity for developers that wants something different.
During both trade and public days factory tours provided an insight into the Tingdene production process and an opportunity to see the quality build standards that Tingdene are precious about.
Tingdene’s trade guests were impressed with the innovative range of homes available to enhance their development and keen to discuss how Tingdene’s partnership, service and support package could work in their favour.
The public open day on Saturday welcomed many new visitors and also many visitors keen to revisit and view the new models. The new centre also offered them the opportunity to explore the dedicated Quickmove Properties section, where they could search for their ideal park location and plan their requirements with the Quickmove team.
The overall new layout of the centre is fresh, modern, and focused on the purpose, which is to provide visitors with an insight into the models available, provide a service to assist in all ways possible to understand what can be achieved in design, and guidance from the experienced sales team to follow customer interest through to completion.
One Visitor summed up the experience by contacting Tingdene after the event to show their appreciation. Melvyn and Joanna from Bedford, commented “ Just to say thanks for a great open day today. We really enjoyed our 1st visit to the new Visitor Centre which looks great, by the way! Please convey a special thanks on our behalf to Lisa, who helped us with our revised plans for a Dolben Lodge, and to the Quickmove Team who also provided us with some useful guidance.
